Jawf Province is witnessing mass march on International Quds Day

Jawf Province witnessed on Friday a massive mass march to commemorate the International Al-Quds Day, under the slogan “The West Bank, the Shield of al-Quds.”

The participants in the march in the city of Al-Hazm, the center of Al-Jawf Province and Al-Marashi district, raised the flags of Yemen and Palestine and chanted slogans denouncing the continued attacks, crimes and violations of the Zionist enemy against the Palestinian people, the latest of which was the storming and desecration of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, the assault on worshipers and those in i’tikaaf, and the arrest of hundreds of them.

They carried slogans affirming support for the Palestinian people and their right to establish their independent state with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital, and to promote Arab and Islamic cohesion to defeat the Zionist enemy from the occupied territories.

The people of Jawf affirmed their readiness to make sacrifices in order to defend Palestine and its just cause, and to support Al-Aqsa Al-Sharif.

A statement issued by the march was considered an opportunity to mobilize the resolve of the Arab and Islamic peoples and to raise awareness of the enemy’s plots and how to confront them until victory is achieved.

The statement pointed out that Palestine represents the compass towards which the people of the nation must turn, stressing that the Yemeni people will not abandon Palestine and support the Palestinian people, Jerusalem and Islamic sanctities.

The march statement stressed that the Yemeni people are present in any battle against the Zionist enemy and against American hegemony and its aggressive policies towards the people of the nation, which is the same position towards the Zionist enemy as they are two sides of the same coin.

The statement reiterated the Yemeni people’s assertion that the Zionist enemy would not have persisted in its tyranny against the Palestinian people, had it not been for the American support.

The statement of the mass march urged the people of the nation to raise the slogan of freedom and innocence from the enemies of the nation and to boycott American and Zionist goods as practical steps in confronting the enemies.
