Expanded meeting for workers in media, cultural and awareness institutions

An expanded meeting for workers in media, cultural and awareness institutions was held in Sanaa today under the slogan ‘You are not alone and their terrorism will not deter us.’

In the meeting, which was attended by the advisor to the President of the Supreme Political Council – Chairman of the Supreme Committee for the National Campaign to Support Al-Aqsa, Allama Muhammad Muftah, the Minister of Information of the caretaker government, Dhaif Allah Al-Shami, confirmed that the meeting comes as an embodiment of the directives of the leader of the revolution, Mr. Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi, who was always keen to continue the meetings to find out everything new about the enemy and his malicious tendencies and goals.

He explained that the media and culture sector was keen for the meeting to be comprehensive for all media, cultural and awareness groups, as they are a single front, working to confront the enemy on the various paths of media, culture, awareness and education.

Minister Al-Shami stressed that Yemen is
today fighting a holy battle with the tyrants of the forces of global hegemony and arrogance, ‘America and Israel.’

He pointed out that the battle has moved from confronting America’s tools in the region to America directly, which requires that the media, cultural and awareness front be more careful, vigilant and credible in conveying correct and sound information and adherence to accuracy and objectivity in conveying and disseminating the media message.

He said, “These meetings must be within the framework of confronting the enemy’s war, which analyzes every detail and detail regarding media coverage, which requires investigation into the meaningful and honest media presentation.”

The Minister of Information of the caretaker government stated that the Yemeni media preserves the faith identity… stressing the necessity of media members to move in accordance with the Qur’anic culture, which requires its presence in the conscience to know the conspiracy of the American-Zionist enemy against the nation and t

Jordan extends condolences to Japan after devastating earthquake


Amman: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates on Tuesday conveyed Jordan’s heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the government and people of Japan in the wake of the recent earthquake that struck the central region of the country, resulting in several deaths and injuries.

The official spokesperson of the Ministry expressed Jordan’s solidarity with Japan during this painful tragedy, offering sincere condolences to the families of the victims and wishes for a speedy recovery for the injured.

Opening sixth exhibition to market martyrs families and Murabitun products

Sana’a Governor , Abdul Basit Al-Hadi, opened the sixth exhibition, ‘Yamani Fingers,’ to market the products of productive families, organized by the General Administration for Women’s Development in the province over the course of a week, on the occasion of International Muslim Women’s Day, the anniversary of Fatima Al-Zahra’s birth, peace be upon her, under the slogan ‘Al-Zahra is our role model.’

Governor Al-Hadi, along with the director of the province’s security, Brigadier General Yahya Al-Muaydi, was briefed on the contents of the exhibition produced by a number of the martyrs’ families.

He listened to an explanation from those in charge of the exhibition about its contents , which includes varieties of popular food and locally made foodstuffs, traditional clothing , accessories, handicrafts such as perfumes, embroideries and models expressing martyrs’ sacrifices and the heroic epics fought by the army heroes against aggression.

He called on the concerned authorities and the province’s people to int
eract with the exhibition’s offers, to buy them, and to contribute to supporting productive families to continue their economic project that benefits them, stressing the support of the province’s leadership for such businesses that encourage local production and contribute to self-sufficiency.

Government Communication Forum discusses agricultural sector state, 1st, final add


_: Hneifat, for his part, highlighted the Ministry of Agriculture’s key achievements in 2023 and the top plans for 2024, saying that the Ministry achieved positive steps in numerous fields last year, particularly in the areas of food security and climate change.

He stated that the agriculture industry contributes approximately 20 percent of the gross domestic product (GDP) and that agricultural exports increased by 17 percent in 2023 compared to prior years.

“Since the agricultural sector is the foundation of food security and the one most impacted by the effects of climate change, it received directives and continuous monitoring from His Majesty King Abdullah, leading to the launch of the National Plan for Sustainable Agriculture in 2022, which will continue to be implemented until 2025, in order to boost the agricultural sector and make Jordan food secure and capable of confronting the challenges of climate change,” Hneifat explained.

According to Hneifat, the Ministry has implemented a program to enhanc
e sustainability and adaptability to climate change, as well as several initiatives to assist farmers in dealing with the consequences of climate change.

He added that the Ministry provided 233 farmers with modern water-saving irrigation systems by facilitating good loans, as well as financing 9,777 agricultural projects through the Agricultural Credit Corporation for a total of JD52.485 million, resulting in the creation of 6,822 agricultural jobs.

In terms of legal legislation, Hneifat stated that the Agricultural Risk Solidarity Fund Law has been amended in order to broaden the umbrella of coverage for the greatest number of farmers and to move forward with the procedures for approving it in accordance with constitutional frameworks, which would protect farms from natural risks that could damage agricultural areas or affect livestock.

He pointed out that funding was provided for the construction of 2,000 wells to collect water on agricultural lands and home gardens, the construction of 63 dams and earth
en excavations in the desert, the establishment of gibbons in watersheds to protect pastures and natural habitats, and the maintenance, lining, and installation of 250 km of irrigation pipes using spring water, and the development of innovative economic models for the use of contemporary agricultural technologies, which were implemented at the dams of Mujib in Karak and Al-Tanour in Tafila.

He mentioned the signing of contracts to set up 15 agricultural industry factories in industrial and development zones, the establishment of a program for plant and animal product protection and traceability, and the referral of a tender to buy supplies and machinery for the establishment of two veterinary hospitals in the north and south regions.

Seventy-five percent of small ruminants, Hneifat added, have received a foot-and-mouth disease vaccination and a program for the growth and sustainability of forests, pastures, and ecosystems has been developed.

Furthermore, 30 percent of the seed bank has been completed and t
hat the remaining portion will be monitored this year, and 10,000 wells have been drilled, the Agriculture Minister concluded.

Discussing school awareness committees’ tasks about Zionist and American dangers

A meeting in Al-Dhale’ province today,Tuesday, headed by Acting Governor Abdul Latif Al-Shaghdari, discussed the tasks of the school awareness committees in the province , the districts in supporting Al-Aqsa and raising awareness of America and Israel dangers to Islam and Muslims.

In the meeting, which was attended by the Deputy Director of Guidance at Education Ministry , Abdullah Al-Hamzi, and the Deputy Director of Legal Affairs, Munir Al-Faqih, Al-Shaghdari stressed the importance of forming field committees from the Education and Guidance and Public Mobilization offices for field trips to establish awareness among teachers and students of the positions that can be taken based on religious , national responsibility and the importance of boycotting economic, raising the slogan, implementing vigils and other activities.

He stressed the importance of intensifying educational efforts to create a generation that possesses awareness , insight and has the scientific knowledge to serve its country and nation.

eanwhile, Public Mobilization Officer Ahmed Al-Marani pointed out the need to raise awareness of the danger of remaining silent regarding the killing and siege to which the children of Gaza are exposed, and to introduce the real enemy of the nation represented by America and Israel.

He stressed the importance of consolidating the faith identity that begins with knowing God, ends with confronting his enemies and adhering to it in word and deed.
