SHARJAH, — A fourth group of 30 members of the Sharjah Leadership Programme are participating in a special forum on leadership development that will be held from 9th to 19th April in the UK in co-operation with the University of Cambridge.
The participating group will be headed by Jassim Al Balushi and Reem BinKaram, members of the Board of Trustees of the emirate’s Rubu Qarn Foundation for Creating Future Leaders and Innovators.
An elite of speakers and academics from the University of Cambridge and innovation centres in the UK, will include a series of discussion sessions on topics and issues related to the fields of international innovation and leadership.
It will also focus on demonstrating practices seen as the best internationally and work models that have added value, as well as how to prepare roadmaps and lead high-performance teams. It will discuss the most effective solutions to current and future challenges, and highlight the most important developments and methods for leading change and continuous self-development.
Al Balushi described the summit as s strong initiative aimed at achieving the strategic goal of preparing a generation of future leaders and creative and innovative pioneers in the UAE, in line with the ambitious vision of the Sharjah Tatweer Forum for developing abilities of the youth.
