ABU DHABI, 17th March, 2023 (WAM) In its next Board of Directors’ Meeting on 21st March 2023, Eshraq Investments PJSC (Eshraq) will discuss and approve a proposal to the voting of the General Assembly regarding the cross listing of the shares of the company on Saudi exchange Tadawul-KSA. In a disclosure to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the meeting will review and approve the Corporate Governance Report for the year 2022, decide and invite the Annual General Assembly for the year ending on 31/12/2022 to meet on the date and time to be agreed upon and fixing its agenda subject to approval of Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) and ADX. It will also discuss and approve the proposal of the Board of Directors regarding the distribution of dividends for the fiscal year ended on 31/12/2022 in a minimum amount of 2 fils/share.
