120,000 Palestinian worshipers on Friday performed Eid al-Fitr prayer at the holy Al-Aqsa Mosque in the occupied city of Jerusalem. The Islamic Awqaf Department in Jerusalem said that 120,000 worshipers performed Eid prayer in the courtyards and inside the holy Al-Aqsa Mosque, despite the strict occupation measures. The occupation forces beat the young men with sticks near the Bab al-Asbat (Lions Gate) in occupied Jerusalem, while they were on their way to the Eid al-Fitr prayer at Al-Aqsa Mosque, according to the Palestinian News Agency (Wafa).
