Captain Mansoor Khalfan Al Mansoori of the Dubai Police has recently been named the health, safety and wellbeing ambassador of the year during the British Safety Council (BSC) International Safety Awards 2022.
The BSC highly commended Captain Al Mansoori for his significant role in ensuring colleagues’ and others’ health, safety and wellbeing. He also demonstrated a proactive and effective approach to improving employee wellbeing in 2021.
Captain Al Mansoori, who has 25 years of experience in the field of security and safety, dedicated the prestigious recognition to the Dubai Police, noting that the continuous support of the General Command contributed to his win in the International Safety Awards 2022, which saw some impressive 647 applications from 39 countries.
It is worth mentioning that Captain Al Mansoori has a doctorate in the field of crisis and disaster management and has taken part in more than 100 specialized courses in security inspections at the local and global levels. He has effectively contributed to developing training techniques in the fields of inspection and the search for explosives, as well as dealing with hazardous materials.
