Khalifa Award for Education Accepting Entries Until December 31

Abu dhabi: The General Secretariat of the Khalifa Award for Education has announced that applications for the 19th edition, covering the years 2025-2026, will remain open until December 31, 2025, through its official website. Winners are set to be revealed in April 2026, followed by an award ceremony in May 2026.

According to Emirates News Agency, the award is a key initiative under the Erth Zayed Philanthropies, aimed at promoting excellence in the education sector. It focuses on innovation, creativity, and the use of advanced technologies and artificial intelligence to enhance modern learning systems across schools, universities, families, and educational institutions.

Humaid Ibrahim Al-Houti, Secretary-General of the Khalifa Award for Education, emphasized that artificial intelligence will be a significant criterion for evaluating entries this year. The judging criteria are designed to assess how effectively technology is used to support creativity, innovation, and future-readiness among both students and educators.

The 2025-2026 edition of the award features 10 fields, encompassing 17 categories, offering a broad scope for participants to showcase their contributions to educational excellence.
