Local Sana’a discusses reports on performance level during last period


In its meeting today, Tuesday,headed by Governor Abdul Basit Al-Hadi, the local council in Sana’a province discussed a number of performance reports related to developing aspects of development in the province.

The meeting, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Council, Abdul Qadir Al-Jilani, reviewed the detailed and general reports of the meeting session , the level of implementation of decisions and recommendations in the development aspect, as well as the level of achievement during the past period.

The final account for the fiscal year 2022 was also discussed and approved.

At the meeting, Governor Al-Hadi stressed the importance of concerted efforts to achieve more development successes in various sectors, stressing the need to focus on aspects of services, especially in remote areas that have been deprived of service and vital projects.

He praised the combined efforts of the Council members and their role in bringing about a development renaissance in various sectors, urging fundamental r
eforms and addressing shortcomings to achieve tangible performance indicators.

Parliament Speaker congratulates on Labor Day


The parliament Speaker ,Yahya Ali Al-Ra’i, congratulated the Revolution Leader ,Sayyed Abdul Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi, the Head of the Supreme Political Council, His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, the members of the Council, and through them, Yemeni workers, male and female, on the occasion of International Labor Day.

Al-Ra’i, in his name and on behalf of the Presidency and members of the Council and its General Secretariat, expressed sincere congratulations and blessings on the occasion of International Workers’ Day, which represents a day of pride, esteem and appreciation for all Yemeni workers, male and female.

Graduates of “Ahd Al-Ahrar” batch conduct military exercise


The District of Training – Operations Training Division in the Fifth Military Region held a military exercise for graduates of the “Ahd Al-Ahrar” batch of RBG shooters for a number of members of the region’s forces.

The exercise, which was carried out on virtual sites of the Zionist enemy, comes within the framework of the battle of “the promised conquest and holy jihad”, which the armed forces are waging in support of the Palestinian people, support their just cause and support their valiant resistance.

Minister of Interior Meets US Ambassador

Doha: HE Minister of the Interior and Commander of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya) Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani met Tuesday with HE Ambassador of the United States of America to the State of Qatar Timmy Davis.

During the meeting, they discussed a number of topics of common interest and reviewed bilateral cooperation relations in the security fields and ways to support and develop them.

Expansion of hospital building project in Mahwit


Works on the expansion project of the rural hospital building were inaugurated in Al Taweelah District, Al Mahwit Governorate.

At the inauguration, the Deputy Director of the Central Interventions Unit explained that the expansion work on the Al-Tawila Hospital project comes within the directives of the President of the Supreme Political Council, and within the strategic plan for the most important development projects.

He pointed out that the unit’s contribution to the project amounted to 80 million riyals.

Mohammed bin Rashid presides over swearing-in ceremony of new judges of Dubai Courts

DUBAI: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, presided over the swearing-in ceremony of five judges newly appointed to the Dubai Courts.

During the ceremony that took place at Emirates Towers in Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed wished the newly appointed members of the judiciary success in their new roles and in contributing to further enhancing the efficiency of Dubai’s judicial system.

His Highness urged the judges to always uphold the principle of fairness, maintain the highest degree of efficiency in their work, and adhere to the highest professional standards, emphasising their pivotal role in safeguarding society, and the importance of maintaining the rule of law.

The ceremony was attended by H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, and Chairman of the Dubai Judicial Council, along with H.H. Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Cha
irman of the Dubai Ports and Borders Security Council.

Also present at the swearing-in ceremony were Chancellor Essam Issa Al Humaidan, Attorney General of Dubai; Dr. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Director-General of Dubai Courts; and Dr. Abdullah Saif Al-Sabousi, Assistant Secretary General of Dubai Judicial Council.

The newly appointed judges pledged to uphold justice, abide by the law, and perform their duties with integrity, dedication, and utmost honesty.
