His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on Monday sent a cable of congratulations to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir wished President Putin good health, and for Russia and its friendly people further progress and prosperity.
