Health Ministry condemns storming Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza

Public Health and Population Ministry condemned, in the strongest terms, the continued targeting hospitals by the Zionist occupation in Gaza Strip, with the aim of destroying the health sector, the most recent of which at dawn today targeted Shifa Medical Complex with 40 raids.

It confirmed in a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that storming Al-Shifa Medical Complex, bombing the surrounding buildings, targeting the displaced, and carrying out widespread arrests against them once again reflect the criminal brutality that exceeds the crimes of Nazism and fascism.

The statement explained that targeting hospitals is a continuation of the war of genocide waged by the occupation against the Palestinians and a flagrant violation of all international conventions and laws, indicating that the goal is clear, which is not to provide any opportunity for the wounded and sick to survive , be treated, and nothing is more evident than depriving thousands of people from traveling to receive treatment and
persecuting them in hospitals.

The Ministry stressed that this cowardly crime is not borne by the Zionists alone, but rather by the United States of America and the international community, which continue to give the occupation a green light to continue committing these unprecedented crimes, pointing out that this has not happened in any conflict in the world that hospitals and medical centers have been targeted with such brutality , criminality the systematic destruction and killing of doctors and patients alike.

It denounced the silence of international institutions, led by the World Health Organization, regarding the systematic , continuous targeting of hospitals and the destruction of health infrastructure in Gaza Strip, stressing that the negative and silent reactions serve as a license for this enemy to continue targeting hospitals.

It called on all countries of the free world to intervene immediately and urgently in order to curb the occupation, stop the genocidal war, stop its aggression and target
ing of the health sector, medical institutions and hospitals.

Agricultural Cooperative Union condemns mercenary government decision to prevent export of agricultural products

The Agricultural Cooperative Union strongly condemned the decision of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the government of dependence and the aggression coalition related to preventing the export of Yemeni agricultural products from 5-25 of the blessed month of Ramadan.

A statement issued by the union, a copy of which was received by Saba, pointed out that preventing the export of agricultural products during the holy month will cause a depression of local agricultural products, which are an important economic artery for farmers.

He stressed that the continued ban on agricultural exports will inflict great losses on farmers and exacerbate their suffering, especially in light of the exceptional circumstances that Yemen is going through.

He pointed out that this decision in such a particular period serves the US-Israeli and British aggression and is a crime against farmers, as it will cause the accumulation of their products and crops and inflict heavy losses on them.

The Union and many agricultural coop
erative societies expressed their concern about the catastrophic consequences of this decision and its repercussions on Yemeni agricultural products. Demanding that it be abolished to avoid its negative effects.

The Union and cooperative societies also called on the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and organizations working in the food and humanitarian fields to intervene urgently to stop this decision and work to open ports for Yemeni agricultural exports.
