Gaza Gov’t media office: Israel killed 520 Palestinians in Al-Nuseirat camp

Gaza: The government media office in Gaza said that the Israeli occupation forces committed a crime against humanity in the areas of Al-Maghraqa, Al-Zahraa, and the new camp north of Al-Nuseirat, central Gaza Strip, killing 520 martyrs, wounded and missing, and more than 13,000 housing units within a week.

The office pointed out in a press statement on Wednesday, that the destruction of the occupation in North Nuseirat during a week affected 14 towers, residential buildings, and dozens of houses for displaced people who were displaced by the occupation under the threat of bombing and killing.

Ukraine: Several Killed, Injured in Russian Missile Attack

Kyiv, Governor of the Ukrainian Chernihiv region Vyacheslav Chaus said that a Russian missile attack killed and injured a number of people and caused damage to the city’s social infrastructure on Wednesday.

Russian forces launched three missile strikes in the center of the city, Chaus said, adding that a number of civilians were killed and many others were wounded. Meanwhile, rescuers and paramedics are working to provide all necessary assistance.

Explosions were heard in the city of Chernihiv, and an air raid alert was previously announced in Kyiv and a number of other regions.

Israel says 7,200 injured people admitted to rehabilitation units since Gaza war

Amman: Since the start of the Israeli war on Gaza, 7,200 injured people have been admitted to rehabilitation units, according to Israeli Channel 13, which also revealed that a third of them have experienced psychological responses.

On the other hand, the Israeli Walla website said that Israel is registering 60 new disabled people per day due to the war it is waging on the Gaza Strip.

Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Holds Discussion Session with Prime Minister of Romania

Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani held Wednesday an official discussion session with HE Prime Minister of Romania Marcel Ciolacu, who is visiting the country.

During the session, they discussed the cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to support and enhance them. They also discussed the developments in the region and ways for de-escalation and calm, particularly in ending the war in the Gaza Strip.

HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs emphasized during the session that Qatari-Romanian relations are characterized by mutual trust and have witnessed significant development, especially in economic, commercial, and investment fields, in addition to coordination in energy, agriculture, tourism, and information technology sectors.

His Excellency stated that the region is going through sensitive conditions and has witnessed escalation in different ways in recent days, calling on all parties to redu
ce escalation and avoid slipping the region into a new cycle of conflicts.

His Excellency also urged the international community to shoulder its responsibilities to stop the war and the continuous targeting of the Palestinian people in Gaza, as well as to stop using humanitarian aid as a tool for political blackmail.

Mafraq: Al al-Bayt University said that student Farhan Mufleh al-Khawaldeh from the

Faculty Of Engineering has been accepted into the Harvard University Leadership Program in the United States of America.

This fully-funded program aims to qualify young people for leadership at the Aspire Institute, the university said in a statement on Wednesday.

The leadership development program, founded by Harvard Business School professors, provides a platform for peers and educators from more than 150 countries to connect and learn together, through access to courses, mentorship and social impact funds at Harvard University.

Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met Wednesday with HE Prime Minister of Romania Marcel Ciolacu, who is visiting the country.

The meeting discussed bilateral cooperation relations and ways to enhance and develop them, in addition to various regional and international issues of mutual concern.
