The Libyan file and the war on Gaza top the discussions of the foreign ministers of Egypt and Turkey.


Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry met with his Turkish counterpart, Hakan Fidan, on Wednesday evening, on the sidelines of the G20 foreign ministers’ meeting in Rio de Janeiro.

The official spokesman for the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Abu Zeid, said in a press statement that the two ministers exchanged visions regarding many regional and international issues, which included the Libyan file, the war on Gaza, ways to settle the Syrian crisis, and the ongoing efforts to restore stability in Suda, and the food crisis that broke out against the backdrop of the Ukrainian war.
